Modify a Reservation

It is of course possible at to alter or cancel reservations and we would like to make this as easy as possible for you.

Ferries, Car hire, Holiday Homes, Cottages, Holiday Packages from the UK

Each of these online booking methods has an associated UK call centre number. Please contact that call centre and make your modification there. You will need your booking reservation number which is sent to you via e-mail when you book online.

Hotels, B&Bs, inns, resorts, villas

When you book a hotel or other type of accommodation online, you are sent an e-mail confirmation with a booking number. In that confirmation e-mail is also a web address where you can modify your reservation online. Simply click on that address, enter your booking number and you'll see options to modify or cancel your reservation.
